Cake Faults And Remedies 2

In the last blog, I shared some of the things that can go wrong while baking a cake and how to correct them to get a perfectly baked cake. This blog is a continuation of the same and I’m hoping by the end of this blog you guys will have all your baking-related queries answered!

DEFECT CAUSE REMEDY
Tough Cakes
  • Insufficient tenderizers
  • Flour content high

Thick hard crust
